  System Hosting & BCP

With increased attention from clients and their investors on high availability, cost-effective system resilience, business continuity and reduced operational overheads, Arbor’s hosting solution specifically meets these requirements.

Arbor has developed a hosted failover solution which does not require additional hardware, software or operating systems purchased by the client. Even if the whole client site is unavailable, access to the hosting system from laptops/home PCs is accessible. System replication, backup and data integrity is all managed by Arbor as part of the failover solution. Arbor’s hosted environment is designed for secure, resilient and cost-effective system provision.

System Connectivity

The application interface is made available via an encrypted RDP session, which has secure links to the Arbor database. As the application is on a dedicated terminal server next to the database, performance is excellent and does not place demands on the user’s own computer.

Secure, resilient and cost effective system provision

All systems have a full scheduled backup. All intraday data changes in the database are replicated to the backup servers in the backup data centre.

Data Centres

The production and back-up servers are provisioned for maximum availability and security. Arbor has its own dedicated servers located globally in tier 1 data centres.

All data is kept secure and encrypted in our global data vaults. All systems have a full scheduled backup.
